Click a Fix came to us with a logo and a big vision. They wanted to totally transform the domestic home repairs market. Click a Fix want to usher in a new era of home repairs and maintenance, one that is built on on trust, reliability and a great brand image. We went through an extensive marketing workshop to distill the essence of the brand, the messages and their uniqueness in the market.


The approach we came up with was 'Doing the basics really well'. This meant the website we scoped out had 4 simple areas - Gas, Electrics, Plumbing and General Repairs, and each one of these had only 4 services to choose from. It is based on the Pareto principle of 80/20, that most of your work comes from a few core services.


When we presented the final website to Click a Fix they were ecstatic. We'd taken a raw logo and totally transformed it into a funky, fresh, solid brand image that looked unlike any other tradesmen who fixes up your house. The marketing approach is solid and Click a Fix are now making their mark in the home repairs sector.
